7. Missed Deliveries

  • Missed or Failed Deliveries: If the courier service is unable to deliver your order due to your unavailability or any other reason, they may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection. After multiple failed delivery attempts, your order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
